Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was known for her many different kinds of roles in films TV, theatre, and film. Her awards include the Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award among others. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. Her first role was as twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap drama Another World from 1987-1991. She won the Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s she gained more attention with her character in the film Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney September 6 1953) is an American actress from the United States. She is most well-known for her character of Lieutenant Sheba in her role in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). She is the granddaughter and daughter of actors Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her career at the age of four. For T is for Tumbleweed, the first role for Lockhart in a film came when she was just four years old. Oscar nominations were given to the short documentary. The actress accompanied her mom on film set, where she learned about the inner workings behind the business. Lockhart is even featured on many Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was her first film. At age 18 she played one of the daughters Joan Crawford in 1972 television show The Sixth Sense. The show was Joan's final performance on stage. Anne has been reported to have rejected Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween horror) as well as Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter claims that she was interested but she turned it down. Anne isn't aware of having been offered the role from John Carpenter or being offered the position. It could be that her agent turned the part off without notifying Anne. The initial decision was by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for a role in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. The actress initially refused the role as she believed that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen came up with a completely new character for herself, featuring Sheba as a stronger role model. After she read the first 25 pages of story The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The show ran for one season. The show was cancelled after one season. Joyride (1977) which was a movie which she co-starred and was in the film alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
